Computer music researcher Perry Cook will be visiting the MTIID program and teaching an interim course on called "Live coding in the Z-plane".
Perry Cook has worked in the areas of physical modeling, singing voice synthesis, principles of computer music controller design, audio analysis and real-time computer music programming languages and systems, and has written a number of books on these subjects. He is currently the head of the Princeton Sound Lab.
